About Us

Since September 12, 1912, the members of I.B.E.W. Local 269 have provided the skilled Electrical Workforce to Central New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our highly skilled workforce ensures that you receive the highest quality craftsmanship with on-time and on-budget projects. Our 5-year apprenticeship training program also ensures that the next generation of Electrical Workers will be as highly skilled and qualified as the last generation.

There are four specialty areas where you will find the members of I.B.E.W. Local 269. These five areas are best described by the type of work done in each of those areas.

  • Outside Linemen are the electrical workers who install and maintain the distribution and transmission lines, that move power from power plant to a factory, a business, or your home.
  • Residential Wiremen are electrical workers who specialize in installing and maintaining all of the electrical systems in single-family and multi-family houses or dwellings.
